Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (including of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries UE / United Kingdom / Switzerland :
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
1. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY SHIPPING COSTS WORLDWIDE.
2. we do not charge any return shipping costs for goods shipped to: European Union / United Kingdom / Switzerland
Taxes and duties
All orders sent to countries/territories outside the EU (except: UK & Switzerland) will be shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. In some countries, additional local import charges and/or customs duties will apply. If a DDU destination is chosen, the product prices quoted are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the consignee, you are liable for all import duties, tariffs and local sales taxes imposed by the country to which you have the product shipped. Payment of these amounts is necessary to clear your order from customs upon arrival. We are not able to provide the amount of these amounts as these charges are not controlled or collected by us. Rather, they are government charges and the person making the purchase is responsible for these charges per transaction.
United Kingdom / Brexit and Switzerland
All orders are shipped to our customers in the UK & Switzerland on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. There are no additional charges on delivery.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we will send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
